Privacy Policy

Everspan ("we", "our", "us") is a longevity intelligence platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Everspan, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

  • Account data — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google.
  • Stack & watchlist data — interventions you add to your personal stack or watchlist, stored in our database so they sync across devices.
  • Tracker data — biomarker readings and intervention logs you enter in the Progress Tracker, stored per your email address.
  • Usage analytics — anonymised page views and events via Vercel Analytics and PostHog. No personally identifiable data is attached to analytics events.
  • Inaccuracy reports — if you flag an error, we store the message and your IP address to prevent abuse.

2. How we use your information

  • Authenticate you and sync your stack, watchlist, and tracker data across sessions.
  • Personalise content (e.g. longevity score, interaction warnings) based on your stack.
  • Send push notifications if you enable supplement reminders.
  • Improve the platform through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data storage

Your account and stack data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the US). Authentication is handled by NextAuth.js — we never see or store your Google password. Session tokens are stored in secure, HttpOnly cookies that expire after 30 days.

4. Third-party services

  • Google OAuth — sign-in only. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Supabase — database and storage. Governed by Supabase's Privacy Policy.
  • Vercel — hosting and analytics. Governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.
  • PostHog — product analytics, self-hosted configuration. Data is anonymised.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Analytics are cookieless where possible.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Export your stack and tracker data at any time.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@everspan.app. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Children

Everspan is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify signed-in users of material changes via the platform. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
